Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of estates across Essex
- Carrying out minor communal repairs
- Disability adaptations
- Site safety checks
- Rubbish removal
- Completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of completing general property repairs
- Current driving licence
- An appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people
- Understanding of the role of a housing association
You’ll be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, providing our customers with the highest quality service. You’ll be provided with full IT equipment including laptop, iPad and mobile phone.
