Moat Homes is seeking three Managing Agent & Leasehold Officers to support leasehold and managing agent services across patches in London South East, Essex, Kent and adjacent areas. The role is permanent, 35 hours weekly, with offices in Dartford, Ashford, Maldon or Mitcham and regional travel; hybrid work by arrangement.
You will handle complex leasehold enquiries, advise on leasehold obligations, monitor performance, and ensure compliant, value-driven service delivery for schemes and customers.
