Are you passionate about delivering excellent housing services and building strong, safe communities? At Moat, we’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Neighbourhood Services Manager to join our team and take ownership of a diverse housing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular estate inspections and monitoring cleaning and gardening contracts
  • Managing tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards
  • Ensuring managing agents deliver value‑for‑money services
  • Taking prompt enforcement action on ASB and tenancy breaches
  • Supporting new tenants and shared owners through sign‑ups and onboarding
  • Handling complaints and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code
  • Fulfilling safeguarding obligations, ensuring vulnerable residents are signposted to key agencies and providing appropriate support in our capacity as landlord

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management
  • Experience in handling ASB and community engagement
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Excellent time‑management skills with an ability to manage a complex caseload while adhering to important deadlines
  • A relevant housing qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
  • A full UK driving licence and access to transport

Working Hours: 35 hours per week.

Salary: £32,936 to £41,170 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus Essential Car User Allowance of £2,329, and London Allowance of £2,739 per annum.

Contract: Permanent.
