Hours: 35 hours per week
Salary: £32,936 to £41,170 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus Essential Car User Allowance of £2,329, and London Allowance of £2,739 per annum.
Contract: Fixed‑term contract for up to 12 months (maternity cover)
Location: London Southeast (Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich) – agile working, with contractual base, Pollards Hill, Mitcham.
What you’ll be doing:
- Conducting regular estate inspections and monitoring cleaning and gardening contracts
- Managing tenancy and leasehold queries in line with service standards
- Taking prompt enforcement action on ASB and tenancy breaches
- Supporting new tenants and shared owners through sign‑ups and onboarding
- Handling complaints and ensuring compliance with the Housing Ombudsman Code
- Fulfilling safeguarding obligations, ensuring vulnerable residents are signposted to key agencies and providing appropriate support in our capacity as landlord
What we’re looking for:
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and leasehold management
- Experience in handling ASB and community engagement
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to manage a complex caseload whilst adhering to important deadlines
- A relevant housing qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- A full UK driving licence and access to transport
