We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our Data & Technology team and play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This is an exciting and impactful role where you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that technology and data solutions align with Moat’s operational and strategic objectives. You will translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, enabling effective development and delivery of solutions that drive service improvement.
We are looking for a technically strong and analytical individual with a passion for solving problems and improving services through technology and data. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical solutions, acting as a bridge between business and IT teams. Support project delivery, testing, and change management, while using data insights to drive improvements and inform decision-making. Contribute to resource planning, continuous improvement, and ensure complaints are managed in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of the housing sector and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
Please note that this is a hybrid role requiring attendance at our head office in Dartford two days per week.
