Moat Homes is hiring a Post Sales Services Support Officer in Dartford.

You’ll coordinate the progression of sales and ownership changes, liaising with solicitors and stakeholders to keep cases moving and deliver accurate, compliant post‑sales processes.

You’ll maintain records in our CRM, chase progress, and provide outstanding customer service to shared owners, leaseholders and freeholders, while aiming to meet key targets and minimise delays in a hybrid working model.
