Customer Services Team Leader
Salary: £31,512 to £39,390 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday‑Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Dartford / Agile work environment (flexible between home and office)
About the role
You will manage a team of Customer Services Advisors, ensuring that they achieve a high standard of customer service quality and meet targets for performance, productivity, and attendance.
Experience of working in a call‑centre environment and using call‑centre telephony systems is essential, as is knowledge of database systems.
We support agile working, providing all necessary IT equipment to work flexibly between home and our Dartford office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Services Advisors.
- Maintain high standards of customer service quality and improve service metrics.
- Ensure team targets for performance, productivity and attendance are achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Report on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of call‑centre telephony and database systems.
- Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional, proactive and flexible approach.
