This is an exciting time to join us. We've launched a new corporate strategy, introduced our Moat Offer, refreshed our website and are preparing to launch a new repairs service.

As a Customer Communications Officer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring customers receive clear, accessible and engaging communications that help them feel informed, respected and supported. We want you to feel confident from the moment you join us. That's why we offer a monthly corporate induction programme joining Moat on the first Monday of each month, bringing together new colleagues from across the business. During your first week, you'll have the opportunity to meet fellow new starters, learn about our organisation, values and strategy, and begin building relationships that will support you throughout your career with us.

  • Work with a supportive and passionate team.
  • Enjoy competitive salaries and generous leave.
  • Benefit from numerous personal and professional development opportunities.
  • Work in a hybrid way that allows you to work from our spacious Dartford office (or other regional offices including Maldon, Pollards Hill and Ashford) some days a week while also giving you the flexibility to work from home or another location that suits your needs.
