We're looking for a proactive and analytical Asset Data Analyst to join our Property Services team. Working closely with the Assistant Asset Data Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, accuracy and integrity of asset data across our housing portfolio. You'll help ensure our Asset Management System provides reliable information to support investment decisions, compliance requirements, planned maintenance programmes and long-term business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets and turning information into meaningful insight. You will support lifecycle modelling, planned works programmes, asset appraisals, sustainability initiatives and business intelligence reporting, while collaborating with surveyors, compliance teams, contractors and other stakeholders. Your work will directly contribute to improving homes, supporting regulatory compliance and helping deliver our long-term asset management strategy.
Essential Criteria
- Good standard of education, ideally with strengths in numeracy, data analysis or related subjects.
- Experience working with property, asset, compliance or housing-related data.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience in data cleansing, manipulation and transformation.
- Strong understanding of data structures and data management principles.
- Knowledge of Decent Homes Standard, Building Safety requirements, HHSRS and Awaab's Law.
- Familiarity with EPC and energy performance data and an interest in retrofit and sustainability initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports and insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Understanding of customer experience and customer satisfaction principles.
- Highly organised, proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
