We’re currently looking for an Allocations Assistant to join our team! If you’re seeking a role where your organisation, communication skills, and customer focus genuinely make a difference, this role could be a great fit!
You’ll play an important part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers moving in and out of our homes, supporting colleagues, keeping our systems accurate, and helping us deliver an efficient, responsive lettings service. It’s a varied role at the heart of our housing operations, where your attention to detail and commitment to great service will help us meet targets, reduce delays, and support customers through key moments in their housing journey.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in social housing lettings such as within a housing association, local authority, or charity. However, we’ll also consider candidates with general lettings experience, provided you have a strong understanding of the application and allocation process, key checks and compliance, the needs and challenges of social housing customers. Strong Microsoft skills are essential, as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
