Salary: £52,074 - £65,092 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Dartford / Agile (hybrid; attend head office two days per week)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to align technology and data solutions with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development and delivery of solutions that drive service improvement.
  • Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Support project delivery, testing, and change management, using data insights to inform decision‑making.
  • Contribute to resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure complaints are managed in line with policy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Technically strong and analytical with a passion for solving problems and improving services through technology and data.
  • Experience in bridging business needs with technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of the housing sector and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
