Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to align technology and data solutions with operational and strategic objectives.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development and delivery of solutions that drive service improvement.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams, gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Support project delivery, testing, and change management, using data insights to inform decision‑making.
- Contribute to resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure complaints are managed in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Technically strong and analytical with a passion for solving problems and improving services through technology and data.
- Experience in bridging business needs with technical solutions.
- Knowledge of the housing sector and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
