We’re currently looking for a Senior Service Contracts Coordinator to join our team! You’ll be the go‑to lead for all of our non‑building safety service contracts — making sure servicing programmes, inspections, and compliance work are delivered to a high standard, on time, and with accurate documentation. From managing contractors and budgets, to supporting customers and ensuring our data is spot‑on, you’ll play a key role in keeping our homes safe and our colleagues informed. This is a role where you can truly add value, make improvements, and see the impact of your work every day.
