About the role
As a Quality Homes Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our homes are safe, decent and well cared for. You’ll be the key link between customers, surveyors, contractors and internal teams, coordinating appointments, tracking cases, and keeping everyone informed. From managing damp & mould cases to arranging Home Improvement Surveys, supporting complex repair work and ensuring accurate asset data, you’ll help us deliver a responsive, high‑quality service to every customer. This is a busy, varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same and where your attention to detail, communication skills and problem‑solving approach will really shine.
