About the Role
As our Programme Data Officer, youâll support the Programme Manager by collecting, analysing, and maintaining highâquality data that underpins the delivery of our development and sales programmes. From entering key project information and calculating rents to maintaining our databases and preparing reports for internal stakeholders, youâll help keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. Youâll work across several internal systems including SDS Sequel, CRM, and ActiveH as well as external platforms such as Homes England and GLAâs IMS/OPS systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to data integrity will ensure regulatory compliance and support effective programme delivery.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyse, and maintain highâquality data underpinning development and sales programmes.
- Enter key project information and calculate rents.
- Maintain databases and prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work across internal systems (SDS Sequel, CRM, ActiveH) and external platforms (Homes England, GLA IMS/OPS).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and support effective programme delivery through accurate data.
