Salary: £53,933 - £67,416 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience) plus a Car Allowance of £2,329 per annum

We are currently looking for a Development Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for providing an effective project management service for the delivery of new homes to Moat, that our customers are proud of. You will be project managing the delivery of mixed tenure homes in our development pipeline from contract start to handover, to the highest possible quality, in line with all statutory requirements.
We are looking for someone who has experience in the post contract stages of delivery of multi tenure housing development and/or regeneration through a range of construction contracts, has knowledge of Homes England and Greater London Authority funding systems, and can recognise and mitigate construction defects. It is also essential that you have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle.
