Join Our Team as a Customer Services Advisor

Location: Hybrid – Crossways Business Park, Dartford & Home

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (Full-time & Part-time roles available)

Salary: £22,890 – £28,612 per annum (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent

Interviews will take place week commencing 16th February, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and perform administrative tasks within a collaborative team.
  • Provide assistance across a wide range of housing-related queries via phone, email, or webchat.
  • Support customers, including those who may be vulnerable or in urgent need.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, positive, and resilient under pressure.
  • Great communicator and active listener.
  • Comfortable switching between tasks and customer types.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • No housing experience required – full training will be provided.

Onboarding

The first six weeks of training will take place in our Dartford office on a full-time basis to build knowledge of our systems, services, and customer care approach. After training, the role will be split between the Dartford office and working from home, typically 50/50.
