Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Fixed term for 12 months

We are currently recruiting for an Awaab's Law Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to play a key role in providing administrative support, to ensure we effectively monitor and report on our compliance with Awaab's Law. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative, data-handling, and communication skills who thrives in a role where accuracy, coordination, and collaboration really matter.
You will be the central point of contact for gathering information, maintaining clear records, and supporting our service leads to ensure we meet all statutory reporting and performance standards. You will have proven experience in social housing compliance, housing regulation or asset management. You will also have an understanding of Awaab's Law, HHSRS and housing health and safety legislation.
