We’re currently looking for a Neighbourhood Housing Assistant to join our team. Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and making a real difference in your community? We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our centralised team of Neighbourhood Housing Assistants. In this role you’ll be based at our Pollards Hill, London office where you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality customer liaison, administration, and reception services.
As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you’ll handle tenancy and neighbourhood queries with professionalism and care, helping to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with us.
