We’re looking for a proactive, organised and customer‑focused Quality Homes Coordinator to join our Property Services team. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly, building great relationships and making a real difference to customers’ quality of life, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the role
As a Quality Homes Coordinator, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our homes are safe, decent and well cared for. You’ll be the key link between customers, surveyors, contractors and internal teams, coordinating appointments, tracking cases, and keeping everyone informed. From managing damp & mould cases to arranging Home Improvement Surveys, supporting complex repair work and ensuring accurate asset data, you’ll help us deliver a responsive, high‑quality service to every customer. This is a busy, varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same and where your attention to detail, communication skills and problem‑solving approach will really shine.
Moat is a housing association in the South East of England, owning and managing over 20,000 homes across London, Kent, Essex, and Sussex.
