Salary: £30,654 to £38,317 per annum (salary offered dependent on experience)
You’ll be managing a portfolio of our estates across Essex, carrying out minor communal repairs, disability adaptations, site safety checks, rubbish removal and completing general caretaking responsibilities including estate inspections and monitoring of cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Requirements:
- Experience in completing general property repairs.
- Current driving licence.
- Appreciation of the needs of older or vulnerable people and of the role of a housing association.
You’ll be driving a Moat branded van and wearing your Moat uniform with pride, and will be provided with full IT equipment including laptop, iPad and mobile phone.
