We will also support you by funding further education to progress your Surveying career.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the delivery of high-quality surveying and project management services.
- Assist with property inspections and surveys, diagnosing defects and recommending solutions.
- Support the delivery of repairs, maintenance, and improvement programmes.
- Help design and specify works, obtain estimates, and monitor project costs.
- Work with contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Carry out site inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Support fire safety, asbestos surveys, and compliance activities.
- Help resolve customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to management reports.
We’re looking for someone with a strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a genuine interest in building a career in surveying.
- Advanced MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel).
- Strong administration and organisational abilities.
- Confidence in producing reports and presenting information.
- Ability to take accurate meeting minutes.
- Access to transport or a full driving licence.
- Awareness of the social housing sector.
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
