Location: Mariner House, Dartford/Agile

We're looking for a proactive and analytical Performance Officer to join our Service Excellence and Compliance team. In this role, you'll support the development of performance management, compliance, service improvement, and policy across Housing and Customer Services. You'll gather, analyse, and present performance data to help drive informed decision-making, challenge underperformance, and ensure our services remain customer-focused, compliant, and effective.

Working closely with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, develop performance reports and dashboards, support new performance frameworks, and help shape policies and procedures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys turning data into insight and making a measurable impact on service delivery.

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills with experience interpreting and manipulating data.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI to produce reports and insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting information to a range of audiences.
  • Ability to identify trends, solve problems, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Understanding of the housing sector and its regulatory environment.
