Location: Hybrid - Crossways Business Park, Dartford & Home

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers, contractors, and suppliers. You'll handle inbound calls, emails, and webchat, assisting with a wide range of housing related queries. Work as part of a collaborative team that manages inbound calls and administrative tasks, delivering a seamless service to customers, including those who may be vulnerable or in urgent need.

Training & Development

Training will be delivered in our Dartford office over a full time period. You will be assigned a mentor and will have access to learning resources. After the initial training, you will split your time between the office and working from home (approximately 50/50).
