MNR Coaching are a Sports Coaching Company providing for the community. The team are out across our locations in Lambourn, Newbury, Reading and Maidenhead, delivering a range of services from PE curriculum delivery, Holiday Camps to more diverse Youth intervention, catering for all needs of the communities we serve. At MNR, our philosophy is to inspire, educate and develop everyone who experiences our coaching. We have pathways set up with local sports clubs to ensure participation and opportunity doesn’t stop when our programmes finish.

Using supporting resources, you will be expected to deliver a mixture of sports, activities and games to children aged between 4 and 13 years of age, with an emphasis on improving physical, mental and social wellbeing and demonstrating our values of inspire, educate and develop.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver activities for children aged 4-12, focusing on creating a fun, engaging and inclusive environment.
  • Punctual - adhere to timings set out by the camp manager.
  • Take a pastoral role as a group leader, welcoming new children into your group and liaising with the Camp Manager.
  • Supervision of children outside of activity times i.e. snack/lunch breaks.
  • Attend a Holiday Camp Induction Day (date tbc).
  • At all times behave in a manner that reflects the values and expectations of MNR Coaching.
  • Show professionalism for the duration of your employment, acting as a representative for MNR Coaching and behaving as a suitable role model for children.

Pay: Competitive rate of pay (above minimum wage). Opportunities for full-time/part-time contracts working in schools from September 2025.
