MNM Property Services is a well-established company working within the social housing sector, providing essential repair, maintenance, planned and refurbishment services across London and surrounding areas. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing planned projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for the overall successfulness of delivering the project, reaching set targets both safely and correctly.
  • Perform effectively within tight time-scales, keep within strict budgets and create a positive client environment such that clients become/remain in a good relationship throughout the contract.
  • Manage a set of service deliveries, which must be achieved on time to ensure all activities in the schedule are completed in time.
  • Show initiative and be able to find ways to best adapt a situation to provide a successful overall critical path analysis.
  • Manage the day-to-day working, utilization, implementation and technical consultants engaged on client assignments.
  • Report progress on projects by suitable media to sector management, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting.
  • Plan and arrange visits to the client ensuring sufficient support to enhance their relationships.
  • Develop contacts with senior staff, directors, and other influential staff within each account during all phases.
  • Produce reports on the project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering construction and refurbishment projects through multiple stages of the project lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of the CDM Regulations.
  • Ability to draft relevant documents for CDM compliance (CPP, RAAMS, COSHH).
  • An understanding of Council or public sector procurement processes and regulations would be an advantage.
  • An excellent communicator at all levels, with experience compiling and monitoring project budgets and managing diverse multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good management and communication skills.
  • Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • SMSTS or SSSTS and First Aider Qualifications will be an asset.
