Responsibilities
- Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
- Carry out plumbing repairs and general maintenance works
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
- Record materials used and works completed
- Take before and after photographs where required
- Report job progress and any additional works identified
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes
Qualifications
- Experience in plumbing, property maintenance, repairs, or a related trade
- Ability to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works
- Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential
- Additional trade skills such as carpentry, tiling, decorating, plastering, flooring, or general maintenance are advantageous
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own hand tools
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable and professional attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
