About the Role
MNM Property Services Ltd is looking for an experienced Plumber / Gas Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for general domestic plumbing maintenance and repairs, working across occupied and void properties throughout London and the surrounding areas. Alongside plumbing duties, the role will also include domestic gas work where required, including gas safety inspections, servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out a wide range of domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance as well as gas works.
- Diagnosing and repairing leaks, taps, toilets, pipework, showers and other plumbing systems.
- Repairing and replacing plumbing fixtures and fittings.
- Identifying plumbing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently.
- Carrying out responsive repairs within occupied residential properties.
- Undertaking domestic gas safety inspections and completing CP12 certificates where required.
- Servicing, maintaining and repairing domestic gas appliances.
- Completing job reports, certificates and other required documentation accurately.
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members.
