Responsibilities
- Attend reactive repair and maintenance appointments.
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works.
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
- Record materials used and works completed.
- Take before and after photographs where required.
- Report progress, variations, and any additional works identified.
- Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs, construction, or a recognised trade.
- Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works to a high standard.
- Experience working in occupied residential properties is advantageous.
- Social housing experience desirable but not essential.
- Full UK manual driving licence.
- Own hand tools required.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised, and professional approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
