Job Description

MNM Property Services is a well-established property maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across London.

We are currently seeking experienced Multi Traders from a variety of trade backgrounds to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
  • Carry out a variety of maintenance and multi-trade works
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
  • Record measurements, materials used, and work completed
  • Take before and after photographs where required
  • Report job progress and any issues encountered
  • Identify and recommend follow-on works where necessary
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or a recognised trade
  • Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties
  • Social housing experience desirable but not essential
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Own tools required
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Additional trade skills are highly desirable; if you have experience in any trade and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we would love to hear from you
  • Work Hours & Location

Full-Time | Permanent Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Primarily covering Wandsworth and surrounding areas.
