MNM Property Services is a growing property maintenance contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services across London. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced Plumbers and Multi Traders to join our team. Whether your background is primarily plumbing or you have additional trade skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Covering London and Greater London

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in plumbing, property maintenance, repairs, or a related trade
  • Ability to carry out reactive repairs and maintenance works
  • Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential
  • Additional trade skills such as carpentry, tiling, decorating, plastering, flooring, or general maintenance are advantageous
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Own hand tools
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable and professional attitude
  • Good communication and customer service skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and general maintenance works
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
  • Record materials used and works completed
  • Take before and after photographs where required
  • Report job progress and any additional works identified
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes
