MNM Property Services is a leading property maintenance contractor providing reactive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment services across London and the surrounding areas.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for skilled and reliable Multi Traders to join our team covering Chingford and neighbouring boroughs.
We welcome applications from candidates with experience in any trade, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, roofing, brickwork, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general property maintenance.

Requirements
- Previous experience in property maintenance, repairs, construction, or a recognised trade
- Ability to carry out a range of maintenance and repair works to a high standard
- Experience working in occupied residential properties is advantageous
- Social housing experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own hand tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organised, and professional approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
- Attend reactive repair and maintenance appointments
- Carry out multi-trade repairs and maintenance works
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements
- Record materials used and works completed
- Take before and after photographs where required
- Report progress, variations, and any additional works identified
- Deliver excellent customer service when working in residents' homes
