MNM Property Services is a well‑established social housing maintenance contractor delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader with strong plumbing and reactive repairs experience to join our growing team.

Requirements
- Experience in plumbing & reactive repairs
- Social housing experience (advantageous)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own tools required
- Right to work in the UK
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Good communication skills
- Additional trade skills are a bonus
Responsibilities
- Attend reactive maintenance and repair jobs
- Carry out plumbing and general multi‑trade works
- Accurately record measurements and materials used
- Take before and after job photos
- Report job progress and any issues encountered
- Recommend materials and follow‑on works where required
