MNM Property Services is a well-established social housing maintenance contractor delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance services across London. We are currently looking for an experienced Multi Trader with strong plumbing and reactive repairs experience to join our growing team.

Requirements
- Experience in plumbing & reactive repairs
- Social housing experience (advantageous)
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Own tools required

- Good communication skills
- Additional trade skills are a bonus
Responsibilities
- Attend reactive maintenance and repair jobs
- Carry out plumbing and general multi-trade works
- Accurately record measurements and materials used
- Take before and after job photos
- Report job progress and any issues encountered
- Recommend materials and follow-on works where required
