We are currently seeking experienced Multi Traders from a variety of trade backgrounds to join our growing team.

We welcome applications from candidates with experience in any trade, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, flooring, roofing, brickwork, kitchen and bathroom fitting, and general property maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, repairs, or a recognised trade
  • Experience carrying out repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties
  • Social housing experience desirable but not essential
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Own tools required
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Additional trade skills are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Attend reactive maintenance and repair appointments
  • Carry out a variety of maintenance and multi-trade works
  • Diagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standard
  • Record measurements, materials used, and work completed
  • Take before and after photographs where required
  • Report job progress and any issues encountered
  • Identify and recommend follow-on works where necessary
  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working in residents' homes
