Weβre looking for a Junior Invoicing and Data Administrator to join our busy accounts team within a growing maintenance business. This role supports both finance and operational teams, ensuring accurate invoicing, reporting, and data control across multiple contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with client invoicing (checking, raising, sending out and filing)
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets and financial data
- Producing regular reports and basic analysis
- Supporting operational teams with data and reporting
- Process subcontractor invoices, check, deal with queries, send remittances out

- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Positive, professional attitude, and keen to develop
- Punctuality and a strong attendance record are essential
