The Role
This is not a traditional administrative position. As the first point of contact for the organisation, you will play a critical role in representing the MNK Group brand. Your success will be measured not simply by the completion of tasks, but by the quality of every interaction and the impression you leave with those visiting our offices. We are looking for an individual who brings a five-star hospitality mindset to a corporate environment; someone who can create a seamless, professional and genuinely welcoming experience whilst maintaining the highest standards of presentation, discretion and service.
Key Responsibilities

- Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external visitors.
- Anticipate needs, resolve issues proactively and take ownership of the overall front-of-house experience.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the office while maintaining a client-focused approach.
