We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic global sales team in London.
As an SDR at MNI, you will play a key role in driving new business growth by generating and qualifying leads across Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia. You will be part of a high-performing team and report directly to our global SDR management team. This is an excellent entry point into financial sales, offering a fast-track progression into Account Management, Client Relations or Business Development roles within 6–9 months.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients and create trial access to MNI content.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through structured calling sessions during trial periods.
- Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying risks and growth opportunities.
- Present updates on sales activity and performance in weekly team meetings.
Training & Development
You will participate in a structured SDR training programme designed to build core sales skills and financial market knowledge. Training is delivered through a combination of internal sessions and external workshops, with a focus on continuous development and success in consultative sales.
- Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field such as business, economics, politics, or similar.
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and current affairs.
- A growth mindset and willingness to learn consultative sales techniques.
- Ability to be in the London office 3-4 days per week.
