MND Association has an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People, Culture & Inclusion team. In this varied role, you will support managers in people-related matters, driving engagement and ensuring legal compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong generalist HR experience, ideally with a CIPD qualification, and will possess excellent communication skills. The position offers hybrid working with one day per week in the office and opportunities for training and development.
