We are seeking a Quality Manager to head our quality team in a precision manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage all of the company’s quality processes to ensure paperwork and components are produced to company specifications.
Key Responsibilities For The Quality Manager
- Monitor adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and establish quality procedures within the quality department
- Maintain ISO and API accreditation within the business
- Conduct and oversee all internal and customer audits
- Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Oversee and support any investigations within Quality
Essential Requirements For The Quality Manager
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards
- Experience within precision manufacturing or engineering environments
- ISO and API understanding
- Knowledge of CRN investigations and resolution processes
- Experience conducting internal and customer audits
- Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
