The Role of Night Shift Production Manager
As Night Shift Production Manager, you will lead and empower our night production team, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. You’ll be accountable for performance, planning and continuous improvement across CNC and non-CNC processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Night Shift Production Manager
- Lead night shift production to meet delivery and quality targets
- Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and operators
- Oversee production schedules, performance metrics and efficiency improvements
- Apply systematic problem solving (OEE, IRN, root cause analysis)
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols
- Champion continuous improvement with ideas, tools and team ownership
