The CNC Setter Role
Working on the night shift, you’ll be responsible for setting and running CNC machines to produce complex, high-spec components.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and operate CNC machines (Turning or Mill/Turn) including Mazak and Doosan Machines.
- Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.
- Consistent night shift - no rotation.

- Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex is required for the CNC Setter role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
- A reliable, team-focused approach is required for the CNC Setter role.
