Join Our Finance Team

We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team in Coventry. This role is ideal for someone with purchase ledger or accounts payable experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring supplier invoices are processed efficiently, accounts are reconciled accurately, and financial data is maintained to a high standard.

Key responsibilities for the Finance Assistant role:

  • Processing and matching supplier invoices to purchase orders
  • Posting authorised invoices into SAGE
  • Monitoring GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) for month-end reporting
  • Managing and resolving invoice queries with suppliers and internal teams
  • Reconciling supplier statements against SAGE records
  • Supporting preparation of quarterly VAT returns and PVA records
