The Role:
The CNC Turner vacancy is a hands‑on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low‑volume/high‑value work. For the role of CNC Turner, you will:
- Set and operate CNC machines (Turning) including Mazak and Doosan Machines.
- Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist/Setter within a precision manufacturing business.
- Experience with Fanuc/Mazatrol controls.
- Experience machining large components (MNB Precision have anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter).
- Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
- A reliable, team‑focused approach is required for the CNC Turner role.
