The Role
The CNC Miller vacancy is a hands‑on CNC role for an experienced machinist who enjoys technical, low‑volume/high‑value work. Set and operate CNC Milling machines including 3, 4 & 5 Axis Machines, ideally Mazak. You will be working with Fanuc and Heidenhain control systems. Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances. Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment. Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards. Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller within a precision manufacturing business.
- Experience with Fanuc/Heidenhain controls.
- Experience machining large components (MNB Precision has anything up to 8 metres in length x 800mm diameter).
- Experience working with exotic materials including Inconel or Duplex.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings as well as GD&T symbols.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
- A reliable, team‑focused approach is required for the CNC Miller role.
