The CNC Setter Role:
- Working on the night shift, you’ll be responsible for setting and running CNC machines to produce complex, high-spec components.
Key responsibilities for the CNC Setter role:
- Set and operate CNC machines (milling or turning) including Mazak and Doosan Machines.
- Work from engineering drawings to tight tolerances.
- Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality standards.
- Work as part of a skilled, supportive shopfloor team.
