MNB Precision is a Coventry based precision engineering business with over 40 years of experience, supplying mission critical components into demanding sectors including Oil & Gas, Defence, Power Generation and Rail. We specialise in complex, tight-tolerance work, machining a wide range of materials from carbon steels through to stainless and exotic alloys. Our continued growth is driven by investment in people, machines and facilities and we’re now looking to strengthen our machining team.

We are seeking a Quality Manager to head our quality team in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Quality Manager:

  • Monitor adherence to the Quality Management System (QMS) and establish quality procedures within the quality department
  • Maintain ISO and API accreditation within the business
  • Conduct and oversee all internal and customer audits
  • Support and initiate continuous improvement initiatives within the department
  • Oversee and support any investigations within Quality

Essential Requirements for the Quality Manager:

  • Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards
  • Experience within precision manufacturing or engineering environments
  • ISO and API understanding
  • Knowledge of CRN investigations and resolution processes
  • Experience conducting internal and customer audits
  • Ability to drive quality improvements and implement best practices on the shopfloor
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate quality standards effectively to production teams
