MNA Digital is a highly rated digital marketing agency looking for a PPC Manager to join their team.
The PPC Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of clients. This role requires the management of campaigns that drive performance, ROI, and meet client KPIs, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
You would report directly to the Head of Paid Search and work closely with other team members, including designers and content specialists, to deliver integrated digital marketing strategies.
Some of your key duties will include:
- Campaign Management - manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Performance Analysis and Reporting
- Keyword Research and Optimisation - conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Testing and Campaign Refinement - plan and execute A/B testing for ads, landing pages and other elements
- Budget Management - ensure efficient spend across campaigns
- Industry Knowledge - stay current on PPC trends, tools and best practices
- New Business and Strategy Development
This is a key role within the team that requires a high level of autonomy and accountability. The PPC Manager will be expected to proactively manage campaigns, maintain client relationships, and work efficiently to achieve both client and business objectives.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other PPC tools
- Deep understanding of PPC strategies, including bid management, keyword research, and campaign optimisation
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Previous agency experience is preferred
