What You’ll Receive

Your Role

This is a face-to-face sales role involving residential and business customer interactions. You’ll start in our Sales division, gaining hands-on experience in how we represent leading energy-sector clients and drive customer acquisitions. You’ll be learning how to pitch products and confidently guide customers through switching services using our proven sales system. You’ll be actively engaging with customers through both residential and business campaigns (B2C & B2B), building rapport, handling objections, and contributing directly to sales performance and targets. As you develop, you’ll move into more advanced sales responsibilities—closing deals consistently, mentoring new starters, and taking ownership of results. From there, you’ll progress into leadership, managing your own team, running campaigns, and driving overall performance. No prior experience is required—we're looking for candidates with a positive attitude, competitiveness, and strong communication skills. Full sales training is provided, with a clear pathway into management for those who perform.

What We’re Looking For

  • Confident, outgoing, and people-oriented individuals
  • Ambitious and target-driven with a strong desire to grow
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and lead
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not essential

Why Join MMT Enterprises?

  • Specialise in developing future leaders; every manager has progressed internally, starting in entry-level roles.
  • Structured training, leadership development, and continuous coaching to support your growth.
  • No hierarchy based on time served—advancement is entirely performance-based.
  • Flexible working: Monday to Friday, weekends off, part of a young, energetic team that celebrates success.
  • Regular conferences, industry events, and company-wide celebrations to recognise achievements and encourage networking.
  • Fast-track career progression and internal promotion opportunities.
  • Ongoing training, coaching, and personal development programmes.
  • Regular team incentives, competitions, and prizes.
  • Company-funded travel opportunities (UK and international).
  • Networking events, conferences, and industry workshops.
  • Supportive, social, and high-energy team environment.
  • Uncapped earning potential and performance-based bonuses.
  • Clear progression pathways with structured development plans.
  • Hands-on, practical experience from day one.

This role is not suitable for candidates seeking a desk-based office position or those who are not confident in face-to-face interactions.
