MMT Enterprises is a Nottingham-based organisation partnered with some of the UK’s biggest Utility Brands. We’re expanding rapidly — 15 new markets planned over the next 24 months — and we need ambitious people to grow with us. MMT Enterprises is a dynamic start-up specialising in creating meaningful human connections through events, brand exposure and activations. Our innovative and bold approach combines creative thinking with a deep understanding of audience behaviour to design impactful campaigns with measurable results. Role Description
This is a structured leadership programme, not just a job. You’ll move through four clear phases — from sales through to running your own team and eventually managing your own business unit. Every promotion is criteria-based, not time-served. The fastest people in our current cohort have reached leadership in under six months.
What the programme looks like:
- Phase 1 — you’ll learn the business from the ground up, working directly with clients across B2B, events, and residential campaigns. This is where you build commercial instinct, communication skills, and product knowledge. Earnings from £27,000 OTE.
- Phase 2 onwards — you step into leadership. You’re mentoring new team members, managing campaign performance, and developing the skills to run your own operation. At this stage a realistic OTE sits at £41,000+.
