We are looking for a full-time employee, remotely based within the UK.
Responsibilities
- Leads content strategy across blogs, webinars, thought leadership, and campaign assets, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Mentors others and guides best practice in long-form and short-form content creation, editing, and storytelling across digital channels.
- Owns the ideation, planning, and execution of integrated content campaigns, from concept through delivery and performance review.
- Expert understanding of webinar and virtual event programs, including topic development, speaker preparation, promotion, and post-event content reuse.
- Drives public relations activity, including award submissions, press releases, contributed articles, and media coordination.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for content and PR requests, prioritising work, managing timelines, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Ensures all content and earned media outputs are consistent with brand voice, messaging frameworks, and editorial standards.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of the life sciences industry, with experience translating complex scientific, clinical, or regulatory topics into clear, credible content.
- Collaborates effectively with subject-matter experts, commercial teams, and external partners to shape accurate, insight-led narratives.
- Uses AI tools efficiently and compliantly to support content research, drafting, optimisation, and analysis, in line with internal governance and quality standards.
- Leads measurement and reporting of content performance, translating engagement metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proactively improves content workflows, templates, and processes to reduce administrative burden and increase efficiency.
- Contributes to the evolution of content and communications strategy by identifying new formats, channels, and opportunities for increased visibility.
- Demonstrates strong judgement and accountability, balancing creativity with commercial and regulatory considerations.
- Communicates clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including scientific, regulatory, and commercial audiences.
- Works collaboratively and constructively across teams, actively seeking input while maintaining clear ownership of outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Life Science Degree required, or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, content management, PR or similar field required.
- Life Science Industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Clinical Development.
- Familiarity with current ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards preferred.
- Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, FDA, and GCP requirements.
- Basic understanding of CROs and scientific & clinical data/terminology, and the drug development process.
